Melting Unit
- The total production capacity is 150 tones per month & presently we are making 125 tones in this unit. This capacity is being increased to 250 tones p.m
- Electric induction furnace of 300kg and 500kg
Moulding
- Shell Molding facility. (Two production lines having automatic Core Shooters molding machines & shell closing machines.)
- Pneumatic Molding Machine 2 nos.
- Hand Molding in green Sand, CO2 and No-Bake Sand. Induction furnace is being added to double the melting capacity to take care of future additional load
Pattern Shop
- Having In house pattern Shop, also sourcing work from outside
Finishing
- Shot Blasting Machine 48” Table Type, Double Door.
- Pedestal Grinders, Flexible shaft Grinders, Pneumatic chippers, Grinders of Various Sizes and Swing Grinder.
Heat Treatment
- Electric Furnace 1.5MT, capacity with Modernized temperature controllers. This capacity is being increased to 250 tones p.m
- Additional capacity of 2 MT is added.
- Parameters with graphic printing automatic control system.
- Water Quenching/ Air Quenching facilities available.
Quality Equipment’s
- Spectrometer (Germany Spectromax make) for complete metal analysis.
- Hardness tester for testing smaller castings.
- Ultrasonic testing Equipment to check blow holes.
- Magnetic particle inspection equipment for testing surface cracks on castings.
- Microscope to check the micro structure of casting.
- UTM machine for Tensile, Elongation Test and Yield Test.
